United States Senator Kay Hagan of North Carolina has organized a Roundtable designed to provide information to small businesses, minority and female-owned businesses, and non-profits information on how they can participate in programs funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The event will feature representatives from State and Federal agencies involved in management of ARRA funding, including:

• Sadie Abdullah, Energy Director, Operation Breakthrough Inc.


• Charles Archer, Associate Director, North Carolina League of Municipalities
