The Arts Center and the Children's Museum and Science Centre are located in the Imperial Centre for the Arts and Sciences in downtown Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
From US 64 West:
Exit at Falls Rd./Peachtree St. and turn right. Cross the Tar River bridge and travel southeast on Peachtree St. to Franklin St. - the Imperial Centre will be directly in front of you. Turn right onto Franklin St. and then left onto Gay St. The parking lot will be on your left.
From US 64 East:
Exit at Centura Parkway (N. Church St.). Turn right and travel south on N. Church St., past E. Grand Ave. Bear to the right as you automatically transition onto Franklin St. (one-way, south) - the Imperial Centre will be just ahead of you on the left. Continue south on Franklin St. past the Centre, then turn left onto Gay St. The parking lot will be on your left.
