Enhanced Customer Service
Over the past several months, the City of Rocky Mount Customer Service staff has spent time reviewing our Customer Service policies and procedures. We have listened to your concerns and ideas and have incorporated your suggestions into new Customer Service Enhancements. Part of our modification process included City Council approval of revisions to the Customer Service and Deposit policies. Click the links below to review the revised policies.
We have also modified many of our internal processes to make conducting business with us easier. We have reduced our deposit requirements for small
business and temporary utility service. We have softened our requirements for customers requesting utilities at recently purchased properties or as executors or
