Special Needs Population Prom returns April 28

The Rocky Mount Parks and Recreation department is hosting a Special Needs Population Prom Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Imperial Centre for the Arts and Sciences. Dubbed “A Night in Hollywood,” the Special Needs Population Prom will include a red carpet, dinner, dancing, photos and formal attire.

City will temporarily change disinfectant used in water
The city of Rocky Mount will temporarily use a different disinfectant in its water supply. The conversion to chlorine will begin Sunday, April 1, 2018 and will last for up to 30 days.
